Extreme Endeavors is contracted by Greer Lime to start one of the worlds largest cave monitoring projects known.   This project, with a spectacular beginning, is still underway today and has become the standard for environmental monitoring inside caves.

What was so spectacular about this, the owner of the company, Mike Masterman had to postpone the installation as his wife went into labor with his second son the night before he was slated to rappel 180 feet into hellhole.  The install was postponed and One week later he returned to perform the installation.

The first system installed needed improvements to withstand the harsh environment, with the government officials recognizing not only the importance of this project but also the level of difficulty, work continued.  Now monitoring is automatic, with a data base and network server automatically downloading data, sensors that rarely fail, this project has become the worlds largest cave monitoring project.
