APT is a key element for supporting our nation’s critical infrastructure, providing a low-cost platform to link remote stations.
The cost of installing power and building facilities can be extremely high in remote areas. Placing a building on top of a mountain, installing a foundation, and setting a roadway are all costly items when accessing remote locations. With APT, we can simply transport the tower up to a mountain top with an ATV or drop it in with a helicopter, and within two hours you will have communication infrastructure established for a high-speed data link.
Other niche problems that APT solves is providing remote sensor networks for monitoring streams or a platform for video cameras to monitor a perimeter. APT supports the critical infrastructure of a number of different industries including drinking water infrastructure, sewage systems, grid power monitoring, and environmental sensing solutions.
Physically, the APT height ranges from 10 to 20 feet and tips to provide easy access to the electronics. Remove four bolts on the base plate and the tower tips to the ground on hinges. This eliminates the need for rigging and climbing to service the electronics mounted on or near the top. Installation is quick and easy. Simply level the ground and place the tower. You can install the earth anchors and bolt them to the side of the aluminum base with either an impact driver or socket wrench If the ground is too rocky to level, Extreme Endeavors can install an adjustable base system. With this system, you could literally bolt the tower to the side of a cliff.
